With the expectation of our new baby on the way, it was time for an upgrade. We purchased our 2023 Toyota Hybrid RAV4 back in 2022 at Toyota Peter Warren. We waited a little under 11 months which wasn't too bad considering the delays for all cars which was outside the dealerships control. Despite this, we were updated frequently which was reassuring. When we finally arrived just before Christmas 2022, we were so happy. It's been just over 6 months and we love it! Our whole experience with the team at Peter Warren Toyota was delightful. Big shout out to Patrick Perez who made the whole process easy breezy; helping us select the best car for our budget and also best suited our needs.
I wandered in to check out the hybrids and settled on a Yaris Cross, following a test drive. Tam Dao was very helpful and informative. Just one day after ordering the car, Tam called me to say Toyota had told them they had a Yaris Cross Hybrid available to ship to Australia, that should arrive by the end of November. (That's just 5 weeks!) Once the car arrived Marcelo Barreto took over my purchase and arranged for me to come in and pick it up after a useful tour of the ins and outs of my new car. The whole experience was so smooth and efficient, I'm feeling very happy with my new purchase. 👍
Marcelo was great, he made the process so much easier and he even went to lengths of driving up the coast to get some papers signed for me, what a legend. The whole team at Peter Warren were amazing and helpful.
